The client is an internationally recognized information technology consulting firm providing solution delivery, staffing, and training services. Ballemco Inc. updated the commecial Business Analysis training offered by ABTL.

We researched, modified, and rewrote the training documents to reflect current best practices in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering. We also mentored their staff during the start up of the Requirements phase for a major project, including instruction in the intiation and development of Use Cases and requirements gathering.
