The client is the issuer, clearinghouse, and guarantor of equity, index and interest rate financial derivative contracts traded in Canada. At the time of our involvement, these contracts were traded on multiple exchanges in Canada. Ballemco Inc. provided project planning, issue management, and change control processes for a project to replace the back-office processing system.

We developed detailed project plans using MS Project and an Issues Management and Change Control program using MS Access. We also converted existing MS Word-based requirements documentation to an MS Access database, primarily to manage cross-functional and conflicting requirements.
