The client is the Retail and Small Business Lending division of a large Canadian bank. Ballemco Inc. provided services for a project to re-engineer the customer credit experience.

We developed a data dictionary in MS Access. The dictionary provided detailed documentation of elements of data and their use in various collections. The dictionary included the identification of the elements, data types and formats, ranges, and the meanings of values. Using the data dictionary, we were able to identify and document the issues associated with the use of each element in one or more collections and the resolution of those issues.

We also synthesised the automated adjudication processes in to short documents that were used to assist project team members in understanding these processes. The processes were documented using MS Visio and other tools.
