The client is an agency of the Department of Education, Portugal, responsible for the co-ordination of teaching the Portuguese language in Canada. Ballemco Inc. prepared and managed the replacement and implementation for a desktop system and appropriate software. Ballemco Inc. continues to provide ongoing support  of the business processes required by the Department of Education, Portugal as they apply to the agency in Canada.

We arranged for competitive bids, made a recommendation, and prepared the Business Case according to strict guidelines provided by the Department of Education, Portugal. We guided the agency in Canada through the presentation of the Business Case.

We installed the system and software and trained the client in the operation of that system in conjunction with a review of the business proceses required by the client. The system operates fully in three languages (Portuguese, English, and French) as required by the client.

We continue to work with this client, on an as-required basis, to support changes in their processes required by the Department of Education, Portugal.
