Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. - CCDB Project

The client is the New York branch of a large Japanese bank. Ballemco Inc. provided services for a project to manage customer data acquisition, review, and entry into individual systems within the bank. The delivered project was a web-enabled application that was delivered in two phases.

We introduced Use Case and other UML-based techniques to gather and document functional and system specifications for the project. The documentation was produced using a combination of MS Visio, MS Word, and MS Excel.

We led  the Requirements Management process, including the management of changes to requirements. This required close liason with senior management, users, and developers to ensure that changes to the requirements were consistently understood and the impacts of those changes were properly assessed.

We managed the User Acceptance Test for the application, including the development of detailed test scripts, issues management, and management sign-off.

We wrote a web-based User Operations Manual for the customer data application.

We developed and delivered the application training packages used to train the users on the application.

This is one of two engagements for this client. The other is the Consolidation Project.
