The client is a parish located in Thornhill, Ontario. Ballemco Inc. prepared and managed the replacement and implementation for a desktop system and appropriate software. Ballemco Inc. continues to provide ongoing support  of the business processes for the client.

We arranged for competitive bids and made a recommendation. We installed the system and software and trained the client in the operation of that system in conjunction with a review of the business proceses required by the client. The system operates fully in two languages (English and Italian) as required by the client.

We continue to work with this client, on an as-required basis, to support changes in their processes.
