Microsoft Project

This is an application program that is used by many of our larger clients to identify and manage the tasks, resources, and schedules for their projects.

In our practice, we use Microsoft Project when required by our larger clients. We have setup and managed large project plans and use the tool in these cases to track and report on progress.

We do not normally use this tool for projects with our smaller clients, nor do we use the tool for our internal projects. In these cases, we will normally use either a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, or we will manage the project using Enterprise Architect.
